1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or RecruitAI, provided by AND Technologies ("we"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use RecruitAI for a company, you confirm you can accept them for that company.

2. Accounts

New company accounts need email verification and our approval. Keep your login private and tell us if you think it has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use RecruitAI only for lawful hiring activity.
  • Get any consent you need from candidates and follow the laws that apply to you, including on data protection and fair hiring.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, or upload malicious files.

4. AI-assisted results

RecruitAI uses AI to score resumes, suggest questions and summarise answers. AI can be wrong or biased. These results are decision support only. The hiring company is responsible for hiring decisions and should have a person review them.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into RecruitAI. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans, prices and billing terms are agreed with you or shown on our pricing page. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You can stop using RecruitAI at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On request we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
