Who we are

Two roles
For RecruitAI, the hiring company decides why candidate data is collected and we process it on the company's behalf. For this website and our own business, we decide. This policy covers both.
What we collect
- Website visitors: messages you send through the contact form (name, email, phone, message) and basic technical data such as IP address.
- Company users: name, work email, role and company name, and activity in the app (an audit log).
- Candidates: name, email, resume details provided by the hiring company, and during interviews your video, audio and typed answers.
How we use it
- To run RecruitAI and the interviews you are invited to.
- To produce AI-assisted scores and notes that help the hiring team. A person at the hiring company makes the final decision.
- To reply to your messages, keep the service secure and meet legal duties.
Consent for interviews
Before an interview starts, candidates see a notice and must agree to recording and AI-assisted assessment. We keep a record of that agreement.
Service providers
We use providers to run the service: server hosting (Hostinger), live video (LiveKit), AI processing (Google Gemini), and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Candidate data is kept for 90 days after the hiring process ends, then deleted, unless the law requires longer or the hiring company asks us to delete it sooner. Website messages are kept as long as needed to answer you.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, each company's data is kept separate, access is role-based, and changes are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to improve ours.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing andtechnologiesindia@gmail.com. See how to request deletion. If you are a candidate, you may also contact the hiring company directly.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The RecruitAI app stores a login session in your browser so you stay signed in.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
